Pancreas
Chronic pancreatitis : Evaluation and management of chronic pancreatitis including surgical drainage and resection
Drainage of pseudocyst
Acute pancreatitis : Including necrosectomy and other associated complications such as bowel perforation, intestinal obstruction, bleeding.
Benign pancreatic tumours : laparoscopic/open enucleation/resection
Malignant tumours : lap/open radical resection including whipple pancreaticoduodenectomy and distal pancreatectomy
Emergency : Management of complex pancreatico- duodenal injuries

Spleen
Management of splenic trauma and splenic abscess
Management of portal hypertension with shunt procedure, devascularization and splenectomy
Evaluation and management of benign and malignant spleen disease

Esophagus
Thoracoscopic enucleation/ resection of esophagus for benign esophageal tumours
Thoracopscopic and laparoscopic resection of esophagus for malignant disease
Management of corrosive injury, endoscopic injury, road traffic accident to esophagus

Stomach
Management of peptic ulcer disease complication including perforation, bleeding (hemetemesis), gastric outlet obstruction.
Cancer stomach : Laparoscopic/open radical partial/subtotal/total gastrectomy or palliative bypasss procedure
Trauma including road traffic accident injury to stomach
Colon, rectum and anal canal
Surgical management of complex anal fistula
Redo surgery for hemmorhoids,
Laparoscopic surgery for rectal prolapse
Laparoscopic excision for benign tumour
Laparoscopic hemicolectomy, anterior resection, abdominal perineal resection

Bariatric and metabolic Surgery
Depending on the BMI of the patient, various bariatric surgeries will be performed including
Sleeve gastrectomy
Roux-en-Y gastric bypass
Mini gastric bypass
He has extensive experience in complicated GI Surgery, Re-do Surgeries.
He has various publications in national and international journals.
His main area of interests are in advanced laparoscopic surgery, complex hepato-pancreatico-biliary surgery
